This list of preservation-related Web sites is organized by category and includes brief descriptions of the information to be found at each site. It is by no means a comprehensive list, but rather a starting point of interesting and well-known sites, most with numerous links to other related sites. Information on a national collection of over 32,000 architectural and engineering measured drawings, large-format photographs, descriptive historical data and field notes on HABS/HAER documented structures. A directory to research materials dealing with architecture and the built environment held by libraries, archives and museums in metropolitan Washington, D.C. An index is currently under construction which will provide access by name of individual, firm or organization; by structure or site; and by geographic location. This project was undertaken by members of the Latrobe Chapter of the Society of Architectural Historians.
