The GSA safety staff is a team of professionals dedicated to providing world-class occupational health and safety consultation to the National Capital Region. The safety staff draws on an eclectic mix of experience and expertise to provide real world solutions to the issues associated with managing a historical building inventory.
At this time each of the customer service centers, as well as, the Special Services and HOTD Divisions are assigned a full time Safety Specialist to provide a one-stop-shop concept for addressing all GSA associate's OS&H needs. Additional staff augment the safety branch on special projects and facility modernizations.
The safety staff is headquartered in the Regional Office Building located at 301 7th Street, SW, Washington, DC 20407 and is capable of providing a 1-hour response time to safety or environmental emergencies by contacting the Mega Center at (202) 708-1111.
